Especialidad de la casa, es un dulce que se caracteriza por su finísimo y crujiente hojaldre, relleno de crema pastelera de vainilla y cubierto con azúcar.
Son horneadas a diario en nuestro horno de leña.
Es una torta de hojaldre de unos 30 cm de diámetro, rellena de cabello de ángel y con un toque de canela. Para decorarlo se recubre con azúcar.
El pastel cordobés es horneado al fuego de la leña.
En la provincia de Córdoba es típico su consumo el día de San Rafael.
